Please follow these instructions carefully to make sure your inclusions arrive safe and ready for your keepsake. Improperly packaged or moldy inclusions may result in fees or cancellation.
🍼 For Breastmilk:
Triple bag your milk using sterile milk storage bags (not Ziplocks). Milk bags are designed to prevent spills — Ziplocks are not.
Always ship your milk thawed, regardless of how fresh or old it is. Frozen milk or ice can rupture the bags and cause leaks during transit.
Use clean hands and do not touch the inside of the bags to avoid contamination.
Breastmilk has natural antibacterial properties, but mold can appear if pump parts or packaging are not properly cleaned.
Moldy milk will not be accepted. If milk spills or arrives moldy due to improper packaging, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps.
If you’re able to send more, we’ll simply wait — no refunds will be given.
If you’re no longer pumping and unable to send more, we will issue a refund minus a 20% processing fee.
Please don’t feel pressured to restart pumping for a keepsake. Your journey is valid exactly as it is. 💛 I’m always here to support you — trust your body and do what feels right for you.
🌸 For Flowers:
Flowers must be 100% dry before shipping to prevent mold during transit.
Silica gel is a great option for drying flowers quickly and safely.
Do not seal fresh flowers or ship before they are completely dry — they will rot in transit and cannot be used.
📝 Labeling:
Write your full name and order number on each of your bagged inclusions.
Your order number is in your confirmation email — this helps us match everything to your order correctly.

We offer free shipping back to you for finished keepsakes within the U.S.
⏳ Turnaround Time:
Orders are completed 5–7 weeksafter we receive your inclusions.
There’s no rush to send them right away, but please don’t wait too long.

Please rest assured that we will always treat your loved one’s remains with the utmost love, care, and respect. We only need 1/4 teaspoon of ashes, and any unused portion will be returned to you with your final piece.
We understand that it’s never easy to open an urn, and it’s okay if it takes time to send the ashes. Please keep us informed if there are delays. We always encourage you to avoid doing anything you're uncomfortable with—feel free to reach out to your local funeral home. They can often help by opening the urn and setting aside a small amount for your jewelry.
If you have any further questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.

💰 Price:
Stainless Steel is the most affordable and offers incredible value. It’s a strong, long-lasting metal at a lower price point — perfect if you’re looking for durability without sacrificing quality.
Sterling Silver is also budget-friendly, offering a classic, high-quality look at a slightly higher price than stainless steel.
14k Gold-Filled offers a beautiful gold finish at a more accessible price than solid gold. It’s made by bonding a thick layer of real 14k gold to a base metal (usually brass), making it much more durable than gold-plated jewelry and a great in-between option.
Solid Gold (14k or 18k) is a luxury choice. It's the most expensive option due to its purity and lasting value — ideal for those wanting an heirloom-quality keepsake.
🔒 Durability:
Stainless Steel is extremely durable, tarnish-resistant, and great for daily wear. It’s a strong, low-maintenance metal that holds up well even in active lifestyles — though care is still needed around the delicate resin stone.
Sterling Silver is durable but may tarnish over time. It can easily be polished to restore its shine, but it's slightly softer and more prone to scratches compared to gold-filled or solid gold.
14k Gold-Filled is highly durable and tarnish-resistant with proper care. It can withstand everyday wear better than sterling silver or gold plating, though it's still best to treat it gently, especially around the resin stone.
Solid Gold is naturally resistant to tarnish and corrosion. However, it is still a soft metal and may scratch or dent with frequent wear, particularly in higher karats like 18k.
🧼 Care:
Even though the metals differ, all keepsake pieces contain a delicate resin stone that needs careful handling. While durable, resin is not indestructible and can be damaged by water, heat, chemicals, or rough handling.
Keepsake jewelry is meant to honor special moments, not to endure daily wear. It’s best to remove your piece before showering, sleeping, or any activity that could cause damage.
💍 Earrings vs. Rings:
Earrings typically endure less wear and tear than rings, simply because they’re not exposed to as much friction. Rings, especially on your hands, are more vulnerable to bumps, scratches, and moisture — so extra care is recommended.
No matter which metal you choose, caring for your piece ensures it will remain a meaningful keepsake for years to come. 💛
